Legal & site use
Cookie Policy
What cookies this site may store on your device, why each type exists, and how to remove or block them in your own browser. Read alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly. The site is operated from Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
A note on the wording
Cookie rules differ by country, and most visitors never need to read a document like this one. We have kept it plain: what a cookie file is, which kinds this site uses, who else may set them, and the exact places in your browser where you change your mind. Nothing here changes how you read the ingredient and product pages.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They allow the site to recognize your browser on a return visit, or to remember a setting you selected earlier. Some cookies last only for your current session and disappear when you close the tab; others remain on your device for a set period. They are a standard part of how most websites function, and they are not programs — a cookie cannot run on its own, scan your device, or read files you keep there.
Your browser decides where cookies live and how long they stay. You can see the list at any time through the browser's own settings, and you can remove individual entries without affecting anything else on your computer or phone.
How we use cookies
We use cookies for the basic operation of the site: remembering display preferences, keeping a page load stable when you move between sections, and holding the choices you make while you read. If any analytics tooling is present, it is used to understand which pages are read and where errors occur. It is not used to build advertising profiles of individual visitors, and it is not used to follow you to other websites.
We do not use cookies to make decisions about your health, to score visitors, or to target supplement content at individuals. The ingredient guides and product profiles on this site read the same for everyone.
Settings held between visits are the ones that make a page feel like the one you left.
Types of cookies
Each type below is used for the purpose described and not for unrelated purposes. The names in the first column are the plain labels we use in this document; the storage column says how long a cookie of that type typically stays on your device.
| Type | What it does | Typical storage | Can be switched off |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for the site to function: page delivery, security checks on forms, and holding your cookie choice while you browse. | Session to 12 months | No — through the site itself |
| Preference | Remember choices you have made, such as text size or a dismissed notice, so the same thing is not asked again on the next page. | Up to 12 months | Yes |
| Analytics | Record aggregate information about page usage — which guides are read and where a page fails to load — so the content can be corrected. | Up to 14 months | Yes |
Set by us
First-party cookies are written by this site and read by this site. They carry the preferences and the cookie choice described above.
Set by providers
Hosting and analytics services we rely on may set their own cookies under their own policies, described in the next section.
Not used here
We do not run advertising cookies on this website, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertising networks.
Blocking every cookie can log you out of things you did not know were remembered — a text-size choice, a language default, a dismissed notice on this site.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies may be set by services we rely on to operate the site, such as hosting and analytics providers. These providers set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control those cookies directly, and we cannot read what a provider stores on its own systems.
If you want the detail on what a provider keeps and for how long, the provider's own policy is the correct place to look. The browser settings described below can also block third-party cookies on their own, while leaving first-party cookies working.
Providers keep their own records; their policy, not this page, explains those in full.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Every current browser exposes this in one place, usually under a heading such as privacy or site data. From there you can block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies only, or clear the cookies already stored and start again. The steps differ slightly between desktop and mobile for the same browser, so the browser's own help page is the most reliable walkthrough for your version.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work. A page may fail to remember that you already accepted a notice, or a form may refuse to submit without the security cookie that goes with it. Blocking preference and analytics cookies does not prevent you from reading the ingredient guides, the product profiles or the how-to-choose pages.
Where the setting usually lives
- All cookies, on or off
- The broadest switch. It stops new cookies being written while it is on.
- Third-party only
- Blocks cookies set by other services while leaving this site's own cookies working.
- Clear existing data
- Removes what is already stored. The site will behave like a first visit afterwards.
- Private or incognito windows
- Discard cookies when the window closes, without changing your normal settings.
Consent
Choosing what you allow
Where cookies require consent under applicable rules, we ask for it before setting them, and you can decline. Declining non-essential cookies does not prevent you from reading the site's content — the ingredient tables, the product profiles and the guidance pages all stay available. You can change your choice at any time through your browser settings, or through the cookie notice the next time it appears.
Changes to this policy
When this page is updated
We may update this policy if our use of cookies changes. The version published on this page is the current one. Cookie practices tend to change slowly, so this document is reviewed rather than rewritten often. If we ever add a new type of cookie, the new purpose will be described here before it is used, and any substantive change will be reflected in the text rather than in a separate notice.
