What these terms cover
This page is a plain record of the agreement between you and AltaTempo Men's Health, and it applies every time you open altatempo.info. It covers what you may do with our articles on supplements, ingredients and formats, what our writing is and is not, and where our responsibility ends. It does not cover anything you buy elsewhere: we do not sell supplements or any other product, so no order, payment or delivery relationship is created through this site.

This site is information, not advice
AltaTempo publishes informational content about dietary supplements and related ingredients. It explains what a label lists, which form a vitamin normally comes in, and what a serving looks like. That is general information, and it is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind, and it is not a substitute for talking to a qualified professional who knows your history and any medicines you take.
What our articles do
Describe ingredients, formats and serving sizes as they appear on labels and public listings, and explain how the pieces fit together.
What they never do
Diagnose a condition, recommend a dose for you, or replace a conversation with a doctor, pharmacist or dietitian.
No product sales
We do not sell supplements
This site does not sell supplements or any other product. There is no cart, no checkout and no delivery promise here, and nothing on the site creates an order or payment relationship with us. A product named in an article is described so you can recognise it on a shelf and read its label with more context — nothing more. If you buy something from a shop, a pharmacy or an online seller, that purchase is with that party under that party's own terms and returns policy.
We aim to describe products and ingredients accurately based on labels and public listings, but formulations and packaging change, and information can become outdated. Content may be updated, corrected or removed without notice, so treat any article as a note from the day it was written rather than a permanent record.
The text, structure and original material on this site belong to AltaTempo unless stated otherwise. Product names and brand names mentioned in our content remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and description only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

Can I use an article in a school project or presentation?
For personal, non-commercial work, yes — quote a short passage and credit AltaTempo, and link back so your reader sees the full context. Republishing a whole article, or using our text inside something you sell, needs written permission from us first.
If I buy a supplement elsewhere, does AltaTempo stand behind it?
No. We do not sell products and take no part in any purchase you make. The seller's own terms, returns policy and customer service apply to that order, and questions about a specific bottle belong with them.
How do I tell you something on the site is out of date?
Email [email protected] with the page and what looks wrong. We check labels and public listings again and correct the article where it is warranted — updates can take a little time, since each one is reviewed before it goes live.
